What is your return policy?

We accept returns/ exchanges on unused or unopened items for up to 14 days. We do not accept returns/exchanges after 14 days (This means at midnight on the 14th day the product belongs to you which means 15 days and beyond). We do not accept returns on custom, sale, or worn items. If you need to exchange or return an item there is a 15% restocking fee

Do you offer custom skates?

Yes. We offer mounting, painting stitching, and scuff removal.

Do you need to refurbish a skate, remove scuffs from your leather boot, rust from the plate, we can help.
